Killer T was in the UK recently and he stopped by BBC studios to do an interview with DJ Edu on BBC1 Xtra and it wasnt that good.
Perhaps you haven’t heard, let me tell you Killer T broke that queen’s language from left to right, but we dont blame him, seriously, its a second language, plus maybe the pressure?!
At one point the Chairman actually had to explain in Shona what he wanted to say, asked when he started music, Killer T replied, “… let me explain it in Shona, ndovanhu (ghetto youths) vainzwisisa ngoma rangu.” Another moment was when he was asked to explain the meaning of his recent track ‘Bvunza Tinzwe‘ he just said “Yayayaya…the manager can explain” to which his manager Kudzai “Supa” Biston came in to help.
Since this interview dropped it has been shared ‘like seriously’ on social media and has even gathered over 50,000 combined views on Youtube. You can check the full interview below:

Chirungu (English) is not a sign of intelligence. Please sit down and be humble. #KillerT

We can only rise by lifting others. Those who can read and write, add or subtract, think they have made it in life.
As Africans i personally think we should embrace each other and make Africa a better place for our children.
I mastered English language quite well, though i might not pronounce words as expected but i try ko chirungu chaukauya nengarava ka ,chimwe chakadonhera mumvura, But its not an achievement at all.
Never make fun of someone who speaks broken English. It means they know another language. The only language most probably spoken in hell is ENGLISH.
Swahili,Zulu,Shona, Nyanja, luganda and kikuyu etc is spoken in Heaven. OH YES
ENGLISH REMAINS A LANGUAGE AMONGST MANY OTHER LANGUAGES. IT IS NOT A MEASURING INSTRUMENT FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE ABILITY TO SPEAK IT and neither is it a measuring instrument of intelligence
Killer T to me is a revolutionary. I hope the conversation mutates to change

We validate ourselves too much with the English language. our ignorance is so apparent right now with this killer t interview, but like I said Zimbabweans must not think literacy and an accent is the same as intelligence
